1 pkg med shell pasta
4 med gr peppers, cut into 1-in chunks
1 tbls butter
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb Velveeta cheese
Cook pasta. Saute peppers in butter for 2-3 min until tender. Stir in
tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper, heat through. Drain pasta; stir in cheese
until melted. Spoon into bowls; top with tomato mixture. Garnish with basil
or oregano.
Yield: 6 servings
