8 medium potatoes
2 cans (7 oz.) tuna, drained
1 Tablespoon onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 can Cheddar Cheese soup, undiluted
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 drops Tabasco sauce
4 slices American cheese, halved
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Wash potatoes. Rub skins with margarine. Prick with fork. Bake for 1 to 1
1/2 hours until tender. In medium bowl, combine tuna, onion, parsley, soup,
paprika, Tabasco sauce and salt. Combine ingredients. Let potatoes cool off
enough to handle them. Remove 1 inch slice from top of each potato. Scoop
out inside of potato and leave shells. Add potato insides to tuna mixture,
mix well. Spoon into potato shells. Top each with 1/2 slice American
cheese. Put in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
