1 Can White Shoe Peg Corn, drained
1 Can French Cut Green Beans, drained
1 Can Chopped Water Chestnuts, drained
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 C. Onion, Chopped
1 8oz. Carton Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese (about 1-1/2 c. )
1 Tube of Ritz Crackers, crumbed
1 Stick Butter or Oleo
In a 13" X 9" pan sprayed with Pam, layer corn, green beans, water
chestnuts and onion.
Combine soup and sour cream. spread over top of layered ingredients.
Add shredded cheese (enough to cover top). Sprinkle crackers over
cheese. Melt butter and drizzle on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30-35 min.
