Stuffed Pepper Soup
2 lbs. ground beef
28 oz. can tomato sauce
28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups diced green pepper
2 tsp. beef bouillion granules (or 2 cubes)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef. Drain. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40
minutes or until peppers are tender.
