2 bottles beer
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 lemon; juice and chopped peels
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs -- beaten
Open beer and let it get flat, at least 2 hours. Brown the flour and sugar in
melted butter. Add beer, lemon juice, lemon peels and cinnamon and cook. Stir in
beaten eggs. Serve hot or chilled. Diced dark toast may be added.
Serves 4.
