Ingredients:,
Ground beef, browned, 1 lb
Onion, med chopped, 1
Diced tomatoes, 29 oz
Tomato sauce, 15 oz
Beef broth, 14.5 oz
Water , 1 ½ C
Brown sugar, 1 T
Basil, 2 tsp
oregano, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Thyme, 1 tsp
Mini lasagna or rotini noodles, 2 C
Parmesan cheese, ¼ C
ON HAND: moz cheese, 1 ½ C
Directions: Brown beef. Add rest of ingredients, excluding pasta. Bring to a boil Add pasta. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes (20 if serving immediately and not freezing). Stir occasionally. Stir in parmesan cheese.
