Chicken Breasts & Creamy Zucchini

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 head cabbage - cut in wedges
1 small whole zucchini, quartered
1/4 stick sliced butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Put veggies in the crockpot and put chicken on top.

Mix together cream, water and seasoning, and pour on chicken.

Top with pats of butter.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
