1 onion, chopped
7 tbs margarine
1 to 1 1/2 lb fish
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
water to cover
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pint milk
salt and pepper
Use any fish or combination that includes flounder, ocean perch,
haddock, halibut, or sole. Directions: Saute onions in 4 tbs of
margarine. Cut fish into bite size pieces and add to onion and in
crockpot (set on high). Cook until fish is flaky (about 4 hours). Add
potatoes , cover with water and boil for 40 minutes. Add milk and
evaporated milk and cook on low for 20 minutes. salt and pepper.
