1 pkg. (16 oz.) Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
1 lb. Velveeta™ cheese
1 lb. Mild Mexican Velveeta™ cheese
2 TB Butter
2 TB Flour
1 can Rotel™ tomatoes with diced green chiles
Cook and drain the sausage. Break up with a wire whip. In a sauce pan, melt
butter over low heat
and add flour to make a roux. Cook the roux for 3 minutes.
Add the Rotel tomatoes and mix well.
Place the Rotel mixture, cheeses and cooked sausage in crock pot on LOW heat
setting.
Cook until cheese is melted and all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
