2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1-1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup butter flavored Ritz® crackers, crushed
2 TB butter
Grease the crock pot.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire
sauce
and pepper.
Pour into prepared crock pot. Sprinkle crackers on top; dot with butter.
Cover and cook on HIGH heat setting for 1 to 2 hours.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes longer; or until cheese is
melted.
Serves: 8.
