Ingredients:
cooking oil
1 Cup frozen shrimp ( approximately)
Mrs Dash Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
16 oz bag of Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetables
1 packet Now Brand Stevia Extract
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Soy Sauce
Water
Directions:
Put some oil in a large skillet on medium. Add Shrimp, sprinkle with
seasonings as desired. Add vegetables and stir well. Cover and simmer for 10
minutes. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together to make sauce. Pour
sauce over Shrimp mixture. Stir fry on high until veggies and shrimp are
desired doneness. You may add water 1 Tablespoon at a time if you need liquid
to keep from sticking.
Yields: 4 - 1 Cup servings
