Seashore Casserole
16 ounces canned salmon, tuna, or crab--- -- drained and
flaked
if using canned salmon, remove bones
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 can {10 3/4 oz.} condensed cream of mushroom
soup
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 hard-cooked eggs -- chopped
Mix all ingredients and pour into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
