Salmon Patties
1 can Salmon (boned and flaked)
1 small onion (diced)
1 egg
crackers (approx. 10 or 12) crushed
oil
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Shape into medium size
patties. Fry in oil in large skillet until brown on both sides.
Cook on medium heat. Drain on paper towels and serve. Season with
salt and pepper.
