1 can salmon, drained, skinned and boned
3 potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups milk ( I usually add 1 cup cream for one of the cups of milk for
richess)
2 T. butter
Cook veggies in enough water to cover and cooke until tender. Drain; add
salmon and milk/cream. Heat until hot but not boiling. Season to taste.
Add butter and stir till melted. I love this served with the little
oyster crackers.
