8 large baking potatoes
2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, drained
1 Tbs. onion, chopped
1 Tbs. parsley
1 can Cheddar Cheese soup, undiluted
1/4 teas. salt
2 drops Tabasco sauce
4 slices American cheese, halved
1/4 teas. paprika
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for about one hour or until done. Let potatoes
cool a little.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine tuna, onion, parsley, soup, paprika,
Tabasco sauce
and salt; mix. Remove 1 inch slice from top of potatoes and scoop out inside
of potatoes,
leaving shells. Add potato insides to tuna mixture, mix well. Spoon mixture
into potato
shells. Top each potato with half slice of American cheese. Put in shallow
baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
