Foil-Baked Fish
4 fish fillets (1 pound)
1 cup (about 2 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium-size apple, sliced
1 packet Butter Buds® Mix, liquefied
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. On four separate pieces of aluminum foil, arrange 1 fish fillet with 1/4 cup mushrooms and a few apple slices. Combine Butter Buds, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper and pour over fish. Wrap up each serving tightly, sealing ends well. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
