1 can apricots
2 3oz pkgs apricot gelatin
1 can apricot nectar
1 cup sour cream
Drain apricots, reserving liquid. Dissolve gelatin in hot apricot nectar and
enough reserved liquid to measure 4 cups; cool. Pour half the gelatin over
apricots in 8 X 8-inch dish. Chill until set. Spread sour cream over congealed
layer. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over top. Chill until set. Garnish with
tinted whipped cream.
