1 package fresh spinach, washed and shredded
1 10 ounce package frozen green peas, cooked and drained
5 to 6 sliced bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small green onion, chopped
1 8oz. carton sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Grated Parmesan cheese
In large salad bowl, place layers of spinach, peas, bacon, eggs, and onion.
In small bowl, mix the sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread the dressing
mixture over the top of the salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss just before serving.
