1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pound thin, boneless pork cutlets
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups Birds Eye Frozen Sliced Carrots
2/3 cup gravy
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups cooked rice
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add pork and green onions; cook until pork is browned on both sides.
Add carrots, gravy, marmalade, and ginger; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 minutes until pork and carrots are tender.
Serve over rice.
