Grasshopper Pie

24 large marshmallows
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 oz. white crème de cacao
1 1/2 oz. green crème de menthe
1 cup whipped cream
2 cups crushed thin crisp chocolate cookies
6 T. melted butter

Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler. add crème de cacao and crème de menthe. Cool. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill. While marshmallows are cooling, make crust: roll chocolate cookies until thoroughly crushed. Mix well with melted butter. Press into 9" pie pan. Spoon filling and chill. You may purchase a chocolate ready crust from the store instead of making your own.
