Easy Chicken Burritos
4 Boneless chicken breasts (quarters)
1 1/2 c Salsa
1 c Sour cream
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 1/2 c (or so) shredded cheddar cheese
8 (up to) 12 Burrito style soft shell tortillas
Boil the chicken breasts, then cut or shred into pieces. Mix chicken, 1/2 c. salsa, chopped onion and sour cream together. Fill shells, roll up burrito style and place in 13" x 9" pan. In small bowl, mix remaining 1 c. salsa and cream of chicken soup. Pour over shells. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 30 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.
