1 pound vermicelli
3/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Cook vermicelli as directed on package. Heat garlic in oil; toss in parsley,
herbs, pepper and salt. Add cooked vermicelli. Toss with parmesan cheese.
