Savannah Peanut Fudge
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons chopped peanuts, unsalted
4 tablespoons raisins, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 cup water
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk powder and honey.
Stir in the peanuts, raisins and oats. Mixture will be a mealy texture.
Sprinkle with the water. Mix until well combined.
Line a small loaf pan or small square pan with foil or wax paper. Press
the fudge into the pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover.
Chill for about 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from pan. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
