Garlic Oven Fries
Ingredients:
4 medium red potatoes (2 1/2 to 3-inch), each cut in 8 wedges
2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and using cooking spray, coat a
15x10x1-inch pan. Coat potatoes with oil in a medium bowl and sprinkle
with basil and garlic salt. Place side by side in pan.
2. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, uncovered, stirring once, until potatoes
are just crisp on the outside.
A healthy alternative to greasy French fries!
