Chocolate Filled Cream Puffs

1 cup sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or regular margarine
1 cup boiling water
4 eggs
Chocolate Filling (recipe follows)
Confectioners' Sugar
Sift together flour and salt. Set aside. Combine butter and boiling water in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over low heat until the butter melts. Add the flour mixture all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the saucepan. Remove from heat. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat thoroughly after each addition. Continue beating until the mixture is glossy. Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 425 F. for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Do Not Peek During The Baking. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. When cool, remove the top with a knife. Fill with the Chocolate Filling, using 2 tbsp for each. Replace top. Dust with confectioners' sugar
Chocolate Filling: Prepare 1 (3 5/8 oz) pkg chocolate pudding and pie filling with 1 1/2 cups milk according to package directions for pudding. Cool well. Fold in 1 cup heavy cream, whipped.
