2 Pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
3/4 C. sugar
2 cream cheese -- (8 oz.) softened
1 egg -- separated
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. sugar
cinnamon
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Unroll and lay 1 package of
rolls flat in pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cream cheese and 1
egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread on top of rolls. Lay
2nd package of rolls on top of cheese layer. With a fork, mix
egg white and 1/3 cup sugar. Spread on top and sprinkle with
cinnamon. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
