2 sticks margarine
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2-1/3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream the
margarine, butter, and cream cheese. Add the sugar and
beat until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and beat. Add
alternately flower and remaining eggs, beating after
each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into
greased and floured tube or fluted tube pan. Bake at
300 degrees F for 90 minutes (check with toothpick ...
cook 10 minutes longer if necessary). Cool before
removing from pan.
