1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup baking cocoa, divided
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk,
(not evaporated milk)
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups (12 ounce pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 F. Stir graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in the butter. Blend well. Press mixture firmly onto the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan. Beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, egg, vanilla, baking powder, and the remaining 1/4 cup baking cocoa in a small bowl. Stir in the nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
