1 c softened butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 c (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c raisins
3/4 c chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray
with Pam.
Beat butter with sugars in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until
light. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in a small bowl. Add to butter
mixture with chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts. Stir till well blended.
Scoop out about 1/2 cupful of dough for each cookie. Place on prepared
