3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened (use only real butter)
3 - 1 oz. squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix sugar and butter for 1-2 minutes at med. speed. Add melted chocolate
and vanilla, and mix 1-2 minutes more. Reduce speed to low, add flour, nuts
and salt. Beat 1-2 min. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 8-10 minutes at
325. Let stand 5 minutes on cookie sheet and cool 5 minutes on baking rack.
Roll in powdered sugar, and again when cool.
