1 pkg. Devils Food Cake mix
1/3 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 C. chocolate covered mint candies (Andes)or Andes
mint chips
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray cookie sheet with
non-stick spray.
In large bowl, mix cake mix, oil and eggs. Beat with
mixer 3 - 4
minutes until well blended. With a spoon, stir in
coarsely chopped mint
candies.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 9-11
minutes. Cool and store
in airtight container.
