Artichoke Chicken
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
8 slices Swiss cheese
Between 2 pieces of wax paper, flatten chicken to uniform thickness. Brown chicken breasts on both sides in sprayed or well-greased skillet and arrange chicken in single layer in greased 9x13-inch pan. Drain artichoke hearts, chop coarsely and spread on top of chicken. Lay Swiss cheese over all and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and cheese melts.
