Crisp Chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 eggs, beaten

Crushed corn flakes

Dip chicken in eggs and roll in crushed corn flakes until well coated. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; place chicken on it and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
