Chicken and Broccoli Pockets
1 can low fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup broccoli florets, cooked
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
3 pita breads, 6 inch, cut in half, forming 2 pockets or or or or
Combine all ingredients, except pita breads, in a saucepan over medium
heat. Heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita half.
serves 6.
