1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 T Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten with 2 T water
oil for frying
Pound chicken breasts. Combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt, Parmesan cheese
and paprika. Dip chicken pieces first in flour, then in egg and finally in
the bread crumb mixture. Place the breaded chicken pieces in the
refrigerator for one hour. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken on each side
until golden brown.
