Tender Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

2-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 tsp Garlic Powder or Salt (your preference)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (preferably Italian Seasoned)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line shallow baking pan with foil and spray lightly with oil or butter
spray. (to prevent sticking)
Combine Mayo, Cheese, and Garlic.
Lightly pound Chicken Breasts between plastic wrap.
Coat chicken with mayo mixture then with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 mins or until lightly browned and tender, make sure juices are clear
when pierced with knife or fork.
