Chicken Breasts with Stuffing
  Servings: , 4
  Makes: 8" X 8" pans,
  Ingredients:,
  Chicken breasts, 4
  Cream of Chicken soup,  1 can
  Monterey Jack cheese, 8 oz
  On hand:   Stuffing or croutons, 1 ½ C
  
  Directions:  Place chicken in pan.  Pour soup over.  Top with shredded cheese.  Freeze.
  Cooking directions:  Add stuffing/croutons (I crush first).  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
