2.5 to 3 lb chicken drumsticks (or other favorite parts)
1 cup of really good BBQ sauce (I use HEB's Pepper Brandy)
1/3 cup of apricot or peach preserves
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
If desired,r emove skin from chicken and place in 3.5 to 4 qt slow
cooker. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over
chicken.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high setting for 3
to 4 hours. Transfer chicken to a serving dish; cover and keep warm. If
desired, transfer sauce mixture from cooker to a medium saucepan. Bring
to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered.
