Betty's Hawaiian Punch
1 (46 oz) can Hawaiian Punch, chilled
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale or 7-Up, chilled
1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Combine all ingredients in punch bowl and add 2 cups cold water. Mix well and serve immediately. Makes about 22 cups punch.
