1/2 Pound Crabmeat
2 Egg yokes
Salt
1 Dash Cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Tarragan vinegar
1 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 Cup Plain whipped cream
1 Green pepper -- chopped fine
1 Red bell pepper -- chop fine
4 Tomatoes; skinned -- seeded chopped
1/2 Cup Onion -- chopped fine
2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
Parsley -- chopped
4 Small avacados
1/2 Pound Bacon -- half broiled
First make a spicy sauce by putting egg yokes, salt,
cayenne and vinegar in a bowl. Beat well. Then slowly
beat in the oil, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and
sugar. Mix in the whipped cream, the crab and all
other ingredients except avocados and bacon. arrange
the mixture in a buttered casserole. Skin and slice
the avocados and arrange slices on top. Cover with
slices of bacon. Bake for 25 minutes at 375F.
