Chicken Mushroom Casserole with Croutons

5 chicken breasts (4 cups) uncooked and cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 can water chestnuts
1 package crouton stuffing
Melted Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together (except crouton
stuffing). Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle croutons all over the top. Moisten croutons
with drizzled melted butter. Bake 60 minutes.
