2 16 oz. cans cream style corn
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 C. coarse cracker crumbs
1 T. minced onion
4 T. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 C. coarse cracker crumbs
2 T. melted butter or margarine
Combine corn, eggs, broccoli, 1 C. cracker crumbs, onion, 4 T. melted
butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Combine the remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle
over the top. Bake at 350° for 35 - 40 minutes. Serves 8.
