Haystack Candy

12 oz. butterscotch chips
3 Tbs. peanut butter
1 can chow mein noodles or 4 oz. can shoestring potatoes
1 cup chopped pecans

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter.  Pour over chow mein noodles or shoestring potatoes and nuts.  Stir until mixture covers noodles. 
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.  Let cool.
