1 pound ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
2 Tablespoons margarine/butter
1/2 cup milk
Combine ground round, onion, tomato sauce, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Press into 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 425º (220º C.) for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. Whip potatoes with margarine/butter and milk in bowl until smooth. Spoon into beef crust. Broil until light brown. Yield: 6 servings
