Ingredients:
1 Pound Lean ground beef
1 Pound Lean ground lamb/goat
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Hungarian Hot paprika
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Large garlic clove, chopped
5-6 Drops Hot Pepper sauce
1 teaspoon marjoram
3-4 Tablespoons beef broth
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Lightly knead to blend thoroughly.
Form into finger-shaped sausages about 3/4 inch thick
and 4 inches long.
Preheat a Gas/Charcoal grill or pre-heat a broiler
element.
Grill slowly until well browned or place on a broiler
pan and broiwl about 5 inches from the heat souce
about 5-8 minutes.
Turn often as they cook.
The are done when brown on the outside and slightly
pink inside.
Makes about 35 pieces
