1 lb. ground meat- lamb, pork, veal, beef or mixed
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion or scallions
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. paprika
1 clove minced garlic
salt to taste
generous amount of black
pepper
Mix all together thoroughly and let sit for an hour or two. Form into
3 patties and grill over wood coals or charcoal until they are no
longer pink in the middle. They are often served with chopped onions.
