Tator Tot Casserole
1 (28 oz.) bag of tator tots
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Mix together in large bowl, cooked ground beef, onion, soups and
vegetables. Put in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheddar
cheese and top with rows of tator tots. (Put the tots close together or
they will sink). Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and cook an additioinal 20-30
minutes or until tator tots are browned.
