4 Medium Green Peppers
5 or 6 Green onions
10 or 12 Green stuffed olives
10 Pecan Halves
1 - 8oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Lemon
Loaf of Party Rye or Pumperknickel Bread
Chop & grind green peppers (In food chopper)
& pour the juice of 1 lemon on it. Let sit 2 or 3 hours.
Chop olives, pecans, & onions (green and all)
Squeeze juice from peppers
(Put in colander & keep pushing down to drain completely).
Then, squeeze out in Tea towel.
(ALL JUICE MUST BE OUT)
Blend with mixer
& make spreadable with the mayo & spread on bread.
Make night ahead if desired &
then wrap in dampened towel covered with saan wrap to keep fresh.
